SYRACUSE, N.Y. -- Syracuse police are investigating a homicide. It happened on the 100 block of Mariposa Street a little before 1:30 Saturday morning.

Officers found 21-year-old Robert Parle with gunshot wounds in front of 111 Mariposa Street. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
