JEFFERSON COUNTY, N.Y. -- A Black River man faces a felony charge of predatory sexual assault after State Police say he had sexual contact with a girl under the age of 13.

Gary Woodside, 64, also faces a charge of endangering the welfare of a child.

State Police say their investigation showed the contact lasted from last summer through March of this year and that it occurred in the Town of Pamelia.

Woodside is being held in the Jefferson County Jail without bail.
