SYRACUSE, N.Y. -- The man accused of killing a man last August was arraigned in court. Josue Gonzalez, 29, pleaded not guilty Friday morning to charges of second degree murder and second degree criminal possession of a weapon.
Gonzalez turned himself in to police in September. He was wanted in connection with the August 20th shooting that killed Angel Olmo, 32.
Olmo was shot multiple times in the parking lot of Geddes Express Gas Station on South Geddes Street. Police said surveillance cameras nearby caught several witnesses leaving the scene and helped identify Gonzalez.
Gonzalez could face 25 years to life in prison if convicted.
