CHEMUNG COUNTY, N.Y. -- Two men are in jail for allegedly stealing a wagon full of items from Dunn Field in Elmira.

A police officer noticed two men walking on Luce Street around 1 a.m. Tuesday with a wagon full of concealed items.

After further investigation, the officer said he noticed the items were taken from buildings at Dunn Field.

Brandon Green, 24, of Elmira, and 23-year old Texas Poorman of Horseheads were arrested and charged with burglary.
