LITTLE FALLS, N.Y. -- A crash killed a man in Herkimer County on Friday. State police say Bo Baker, 21, of Fort Plain lost control while driving on State Route 5 in Little Falls.

His car went off the shoulder, hit a snow embankment, and overturned in a pond. A passing driver called 911 around 6:45 a.m., but police aren't sure when the crash actually happened.

Investigators are still looking into the cause.
