CICERO, N.Y. -- High winds caused problems near Interstate 81 in Cicero.
A transformer needed to be repaired along Pardee Road, and the wires extended across the highway.
Sheriff's deputies and National Grid crews controlled the issue, and the interstate did not need to be shutdown.
At the height of the wind storm, 4,400 Onondaga County customers were without power.
