BINGHAMTON, N.Y. -- A fire that destroyed three old warehouses off of Montgomery Street in Binghamton has been ruled arson.

Binghamton Fire Marshal Dan Eggleston confirms that the fire Wednesday night was intentionally set. He says it has also been discovered that there were multiple fires set in the all three buildings and all were burning at the same time.

The warehouses, which once housed Old Pa's Woodshed, was believed to be inhabited by homeless people. Fire officials brought cadaver dogs out the scene last week and returned Monday as they continue to investigate.
