ONONDAGA COUNTY, N.Y. – There were traffic delays Monday afternoon in Plainville as crews worked to get a septic truck upright. It happened on Plainville Road shortly after 1 p.m.

The driver apparently lost control while trying to avoid an animal and the truck rolled over. The driver was not injured and the truck never leaked.
