STEUBEN COUNTY, N.Y. -- A Utica man was arrested for allegedly sexually abusing a girl in Steuben County. Investigators say David Seaton Hall, 25, had sexual contact with an eight-year-old girl in 2010.

Hall was arraigned in the Bath village court and was sent to the Steuben County Jail on $50,000 cash bail. Hall will be back in court on January 2nd.
