ONEIDA COUNTY, N.Y. -- A Rome man is accused of having sexual contact with a child. State police say Dustin Smith, 19, photographed and had sexual contact with a child under the age of 10.

Smith is now charged with first-degree sex abuse and second-degree unlawful surveillance. He was sent to the Oneida County Jail on $25,000 cash bail.

The victim has been offered counseling services through the Oneida County Child Advocacy Center.
