ELMIRA, N.Y. -- An Elmira man is arrested in connection with an attempted homicide investigation in Pennsylvania.

Rashad Driscoll Jr., 20, was arrested Friday evening on Oak Street on a Pennsylvania State Police warrant.

Elmira police say Driscoll was in possession crack cocaine at the time. He's charged with being a fugitive from justice and criminal possession of a controlled substance.

In Pennsylvania, Driscoll is charged with attempted criminal homicide and criminal possession of a weapon.

He's being held at the Chemung County Jail.
