BROOME COUNTY, N.Y. -- A grand jury has indicted a Johnson City man accused of shooting and killing a 20-year-old woman.

Derrick Mann, 22, is facing charges of second degree murder, attempted murder, assault and criminal possession of a weapon. The charges stem from a shooting that took place on April 20th of this year on Grand Avenue.

Genesis Lee, 20, was taken to Wilson Hospital the night of the shooting, where she died of her injuries.

A man and another woman were also injured.

Mann was also indicted in October with criminal possession of a weapon charges for having a loaded handgun in the city of Binghamton in early September.
