FULTON, N.Y. -- An Onondaga County man faces a long list of charges following a chase through Oswego County, that began in Fulton. Fulton Police said officers tried to pull over Juan Rivera, 37, of Clay, on Friday night after recognizing him on an active arrest warrant from another agency.

They said Rivera did not stop, and the officers chased him through Fulton and Volney, before he eventually pulled over in the town of Scriba. Rivera now faces several charges, including reckless endangerment, unlawfully fleeing a police officer, aggravated unlicensed operator, and speeding.
