SYRACUSE, N.Y. -- Syracuse Police are reaching out to the public as they investigate an early morning shooting. Police said Vladimir Brown, 29, was shot in the arm and stomach on the 600 block of Richmond Avenue around 3:15 a.m. on Sunday.

He was taken to Upstate University Hospital with non-life threatening injuries. Police said Brown is not being cooperative with the investigation. If you have any information you are asked to call Syracuse Police at (315) 442-5222.
