ST. LAWRENCE COUNTY, N.Y. -- Officials in the Town of Fine are increasing the restrictions on water use in the area, while crews continue to search for a break in the water line around Star Lake.

A boil water advisory was issued Monday after the break left many people with low water pressure over the weekend.

Now the town is prohibiting other uses, like watering lawns and plants, washing cars and filling pools. They're also asking that bathing be reduced to a minimum.

Officials say they don't know how long it will take to find the leak, but they will continue to work around the clock to find the problem.
