CORTLAND COUNTY, N.Y. -- A Cortland County teen is facing serious criminal charges for allegedly defecating on his neighbor's front steps. Jacob Falso, 19, of Homer is accused of leaving the mess in front of his neighbor's house last week.

Police say he also entered their garage and stole a bottle of engine oil and spray paint. Falso dumped the oil on the steps where he defecated and then spray painted obscenities on a vehicle parked in the driveway.

He's now facing charges of felony burglary, petit larceny, and felony criminal mischief. Falso was arraigned and is being held on $1,500 cash bail at Cortland County Jail.
