MPH teacher arrested on forcible touching charges
ONONDAGA COUNTY, N.Y. -- An assistant athletic director at Manlius Pebble Hill is on administrative leave while deputies investigate an incident where they say he forcibly touched a student.
The Sheriff's office says Thomas Pritchard, 45, of Clay, has been charged with forcibly touching a student while teaching a physical education class. Authorities say the incident happened on June 1st
Pritchard was arraigned Thursday in East Syracuse.
Police and the school are not releasing any other details at this time.
