NORTH COUNTRY, N.Y. -- A severe storm rolled through parts of the North Country Friday evening, bringing with it hail up to an inch in size.

The video shows some photos sent to us by viewers. Ann Goodrow shows what the clouds looked like as they rolled into Massena around 6:30 p.m.

In South Bombay, there was hail. Several locations reported hail up to an inch in diameter and in Franklin there was even one report of an inch and a quarter-sized hail.
Brittany Shutts a few of those photos.

According to the National Weather Service, the storm caused mostly minor damage, like piercing this vinyl siding. There were also reports of a couple downed trees and damage to a car's windshield.
