BRADFORD COUNTY, Pa. -- A Pennsylvania Constable has been arrested for prostitution after police say he offered a woman in his custody money to engage in sexual activity.

Francis Salatino, 50, of Gillett, faces charges of prostitution and other related offenses. Police say Salatino offered to pay the woman for sexual contact while he was transporting her to jail. He was arraigned and released on bail.
