CORTLAND COUNTY, N.Y. -- Authorities are investigating two suspicious fires that damaged an apartment building in Cortland County. The fires were set in a hallway at the North View Apartments on Route 11 in Cortlandville.

Officials said one was set around 2:30 a.m. on May 20th, and the other at 11 a.m. on May 23rd.
