SYRACUSE, N.Y. -- It was a slam dunk of a day Monday for the Jim and Juli Boeheim Foundation.

Tops Friendly Markets joined forces with Syracuse University athletics and presented the organization with a check for more than $2,000 as part of the 'Jams for Slams Campaign.'

For every slam dunk that was made at the Carrier Dome during the 2011 men's regular basketball season, $25 was donated to the foundation.

The Orange made 85 dunks, bringing the total donation up to $2,125.
