Pa. teacher accused of having sexual contact with two students

TIOGA COUNTY, Pa. - A teacher in Tioga County, Pennsylvania is under investigation after police say she had sexual contact with two students.

Kimberly Davis, 36, was an employee of the Galeton Area School District. State Police were called in earlier this year to help conduct an investigation after reports of the teacher's misconduct.

Police say through their investigation, they found Davis had sexual contact with two 17-year-old male students between August of 2010 and January of this year and that it happened during school hours. One of the teens told police Davis told him not to tell anyone.

Davis faces charges of endangering the welfare of a child, corruption of a minor and intimidating a victim.
