OSWEGO COUNTY, N.Y. -- The Oswego County Sheriff's Office is searching for a Canastota woman who was last seen more than a week ago.

Cassandra "Sandy" Phillips, 36, was last seen Friday, April 20th on East Milestrip Road in Canastota. Her family has had no contact with her since then, but on Monday, her car was found behind Fulton Boiler Works in the Village of Pulaski.

Phillips is 5’4” with blue eyes and reddish brown hair.
