OTSEGO COUNTY, N.Y. -- A Chemung County man is accused of setting a fire in Otsego County.

Investigators said Ruben Carney, 51, intentionally set a fire at a mobile home on Bert White Road in Edmeston on March 21st.

Carney is charged with third-degree arson. He was arraigned and sent to the Otsego County Jail on five thousand dollars bail. Carney faces up to 15 years in prison if convicted.
