UTICA, N.Y. -- A Utica DPW worker who followed female shoppers and videotaped under their skirts pleaded guilty in Oneida County Court Wednesday.

Michael Scotellaro pleaded guilty to unlawful surveillance in the second degree. Police said a local retail store contacted them after surveillance cameras caught Scotellaro following a shopper and placing something under her skirt.

He faced a number of other charges, including six counts of possession of sexual performance of a child.

He's due back in court for sentencing on May 30th.
