Spring Restaurant Week draws big crowds
BINGHAMTON, N.Y. -- Binghamton's Restaurant Week keeps growing. The fifth Restaurant Week in the city wrapped up March 29th, and it was the biggest yet.
During the event, 17 local restaurants offered three course lunch and dinner specials for just $10 and $20. More than 13,000 diners took advantage of the deals, a 38 percent increase from last spring and a 45 percent increase over the fall edition.
The event also supported the Boys and Girls Clubs of Binghamton, raising more than $5,600.
The next Restaurant Week is scheduled to run September 18th to 27th.
