CHEMUNG COUNTY, N.Y. -- Authorities are investigating three brush fires in Chemung County that they said were intentionally set. Crews responded to three separate fires in Horseheads and Elmira Tuesday night. The fires were put out quickly, but now deputies are asking for the public's help with their investigation.
