BRADFORD COUNTY, Pa. -- Pennsylvania State Police have identified the body discovered in the Susquehanna River. Police said James Massey, 47, of Baytown, Texas was found floating 500 yards from the Route 6 Bridge in Towanda Township around 3:30 p.m. Tuesday.

The cause of death is still under investigation.
