WATERTOWN, N.Y. -- Prom season is almost here and girls are already looking for the perfect dress to help them enjoy their special night.

Those looking for an affordable dresses can find some help in Watertown this weekend.
Cinderella's Closet is open at the Watertown Urban Mission, offering dresses of all sizes and colors for just $8.

It's the third year for the program and one that dozens took advantage of last year. Cinderella's closet is also a great place to find dresses for any other special occasions you might have planned.

Joycee Hale, Assistant Manager said, “Mothers of the bride, we've got wedding dresses, there's a cocktail dress type of thing. We've got a little bit of everything for everybody. If someone wants a long dress or a short dress, we've got it all."

Shoes and earrings are also available, as well as a gift certificate to have the dresses dry-cleaned locally before prom night.

You can stop by the Mission to check out the selection for yourself until 6 p.m. Saturday and from noon until 6 p.m. Sunday.
