NEW YORK CITY -- The complaints of Bobby Davis and Michael Lang against former SU associate basketball coach Bernie Fine may yet end up in court. The statute of limitations has kept their allegations of sexual abuse from landing in a criminal tribunal.

The two accusers have retained noted attorney Gloria Allred to handle a civil suit against Syracuse University. The formal announcement of the legal action is due today in New York City.

Syracuse University is in the process of reviewing its handling of the allegations in an internal 2005 investigation.
