ONONDAGA COUNTY, N.Y. -- Federal lawsuits have been filed against Jordan-Elbridge school board members.
Suspended high school principal David Zehner and former treasurer Anthony Scro both filed lawsuits accusing the administrators of violating their First Amendment rights.
Both claim their reputations have been damaged by statements made, possibly making it difficult for them to find future employment.
Zehner and Scro are asking for damages paid and attorney’s fees.
