ELBRIDGE, N.Y. -- The State Supreme Court has made a decision in the case of the Jordan Elbridge School District's decision to exclude former principal David Zehner from Board of Education meetings and other activities on school grounds.

Back on January 19, Zehner spoke out about a number of open meeting law violations. When he refused to stop after his time was up, six board members walked out and asked that he be removed from the building and not attend future meetings.

A judge found that Zehner's rights had not been violated by the board's decision to exclude him.
