Video tape shown to jurors in Oxley trial
Jurors of the Wayne Oxley murder trial were shown video of the crime scene Thursday.
Oxley, 40, from Ogdensburg, is on trial for allegedly beating his neighbor, Bernard Trickey, to death with a baseball bat.
The 45-minute video was recorded by police the day after the murder. Gruesome sections were edited out, but jurors were able to view blood splattered on walls and ceiling in Trickey's home.
