Four more jurors were picked in Wayne Oxley's murder trial Wednesday. Oxley, 40, of Ogdensburg, faces second degree murder charges for the beating death of his neighbor, Bernard Trickey. Out of 166, nine people have been chosen so far in the second day of jury selection.

Judge Jerome Richards said 86 witnesses may take the stand over a potential period of four weeks. On Monday, he ruled prosecutors could show video of the murder scene and still photos of Trickey's body to members of the jury.

Jury selection will continue Thursday.
