Training Week 5: Adrienne Shuron
I cannot believe that we are only two months away from race day! This was a tough week for me. I felt exhausted. My body and my mind were spent this week.
My swim days are my favorite and it took all I could to get myself to the pool for my second swim of the week. Not sure why this week has been the toughest. I did not skip a workout though. I really appreciated this week the plan that is written out for me week by week. Without that email from Brendan I probably would have really slacked this week. Our group ride on Saturday was good. It really did give me some more confidence about race day. On a positive note I ended the week on Sunday with a great group ride with my friends.
