Training Week 4: Adrienne Shuron
Wow! Four weeks down. So far so good with training. I am getting more and more confident on my bike each ride. I missed this week's bike clinic but made sure I ventured out on my own Saturday. I have made it out of my development and into traffic for some of my rides. Swim days by far are my favorite. This week at clinic was great because we really slowed down and worked on our form. I have been able to swim on Fridays with another Iron Girl friend and it is really great to have someone to push you. Now...if I can just find that love on my run days. My goal for the following week is to really find my inner love for running or at least not feel like I am just plodding along.
