The investigation continues to unfold into Saturday morning's tragic crash along the Onondaga Lake Parkway in Liverpool. Four people were killed, and more than 20 hurt when a double-decker bus slammed into the railroad bridge that runs over the Parkway. The one person who has been identified is the driver, John Tomaszewski, 59, suffered a serious head injury and is still in the hospital. Officials with the State Department of Transportation say they're working with Onondaga County leaders to address safety concerns on the Onondaga Lake Parkway following last weekend's deadly Megabus crash. The DOT's acting commissioner met with County Executive Joanie Mahoney Wednesday.

The driver of the megabus that crashed into a bridge on the Onondaga Lake Parkway killing four and injuring over 20 others has been taken off the road. A representative of Coach USA says John Tomaszewski, 59, is not currently driving for the company and won't be paid while the investigation continues.

Saturday's accident at the railroad bridge has many people talking again about its safety. For years, many people have said something needs to be done about the bridge on that stretch of roadway. In the mid 90s, one idea was proposed but nothing came of it. The former Onondaga County Legislature Chairman was the man behind that movement. Our Iris St. Meran has more on what he thinks should be done.

The medical examiner's office has now identified the fourth victim of Saturday's Megabus crash as Deanna Armstrong, 18, of Vorhees, New Jersey. She and her family had just moved to New Jersey from the Camillus area.

The medical examiner's office has identified the fourth victim of Saturday's deadly bus crash on the Onondaga Lake Parkway. Deanna Armstrong, 18, had recently moved with her family, to Voorhees, New Jersey. She was en-route back to Syracuse to visit with friends. The investigation into the cause of the crash continues. As our Bill Carey reports, investigators have finally gotten a chance to talk to the driver of the bus.
