ALBANY, N.Y. -- In day 13 of the trial for former Senate Majority Leader Joe Bruno, Ethics Committee Attorney Frank Luchowski took the stand. He spoke about what was required to be disclosed about Bruno's outside work. Luchowski said he didn't know what Bruno was doing for businesses but when asked by the defense, Luchowski said it wasn't his job to know.
Meanwhile, Bruno continues to maintain his innocence.
"I know what I did. The principals I worked with know what I did. And they keep talking about Jared Abbruzzese who keeps coming up. And I don't want to talk about the specifics of anything going on here. But I was a consultant, consulting with CEOs," Bruno said.
Jared Abbruzzese also testified Thursday. The prosecution is expected to wrap up soon and the defense will present its case over two days.
