BUFFALO, N.Y. -- The Syracuse-based Dinosaur Bar-B-Que restaurant chain has set its sights on yet another location, this one in Buffalo. Dinosaur Bar-B-Que officials have confirmed the move.
The company revealed its plans at this weekend's Taste of Buffalo event. They say they hope to be up and running in the Queen City by fall of 2013.
"We've been trying for a while, and things are falling into place, and we got a spot in mind, but we're on the five yard line," said Scott Stevenson, Dinosaur BBQ Kitchen Director.
Dinosaur Bar-B-Que opened its first location in Syracuse in 1988. Other restaurants have since opened in Rochester, Harlem, Newark, New Jersey, and the Capital Region.
