POTSDAM, N.Y. -- As you can see in these pictures on Clarkson Avenue in the Village of Potsdam, run off from the storm drains at Clarkson University filled the streets causing a bit of a problem for traffic, although one motorcyclist was able to charge his way through.

The water leveled off after the storm passed and traffic was back to normal.
