Rome man charged with arson
ONEIDA COUNTY, N.Y. -- A Rome man has been charged with arson following a month long investigation.
Oneida County Sheriff deputies say Ronald Lamascolo, 59, set fire to a home on Elmer Hill Road back on June 4th. Officials say Lamascolo was still inside the house when they got to the fire and had to be hospitalized.
Lamascolo was arraigned and sent to Oneida County Jail on $50,000 bail.
