Suspicious death in Little Falls now ruled homicide

LITTLE FALLS, N.Y. -- State Police say the death of a Little Falls man originally considered suspicious has now been ruled a homicide.
Francis Nelson, 74, was found dead along Eatonville Road near the border of Little Falls and Herkimer Tuesday morning.
Officers say a farmer noticed a strange car parked near his farmland. He found Nelson lying on the ground dead in a wooded area near the car.
State Police aren't releasing any other information at this time due to the ongoing investigation.
