NEW YORK STATE -- The statute of limitations may have run out in the case of two of three Bernie Fine accusers, but can the current investigation still lead to charges?
YNN legal analyst, attorney Paul Der Ohannesian, watched the press conference and one thing was very clear: The investigation is far from over.
"Look, there was a search warrant. Those items have to be evaluated for example. Is there information on the computers that's going to suggest either possession of child pornography? Is there going to be data in there that supports the allegations of any of the witnesses who came forward? Or other information that suggests other witnesses or other possible crimes?" Der Ohannesian asked.
