SYRACUSE, N.Y. -- Syracuse police remain steadfast in their commitment not to discuss details of the Fine investigation, even as the alleged victims continue to speak on various national media outlets.

Michael Lang, the second man to come forward and accuse Bernie Fine of molesting him, spoke to CNN Tuesday night about the alleged abuse.

In an interview with Gary Tuchman, Lang said Fine was like a father figure. He claims as a teen, he was at Fine's home every day and that Fine would touch him inappropriately.

Meanwhile, a third person making allegations against Fine spoke to Anderson Cooper Wednesday afternoon, saying he would be willing to take a lie detector test to prove he is telling the truth about the abuse.

Zach Tomaselli, 23, claims to have been abused by Fine in a hotel room in Pittsburgh following an SU game when he was 13-years-old. Tomaselli's claims have come under fire because he himself faces charges of sex abuse with a teen in the state of Maine.

"It does not explain and it is not excuse for touching children and I'm not saying that I touched anybody, but I am saying that the situation that I was in, the situation I put myself in to be accused is because there was a great disconnect in my mind of what is an appropriate relationship between an adult and a child," Tomaselli said.
