It's a husband's desperate plea for help.

"If anybody has any information on her whereabouts, we just want to make sure she is safe and okay,” said Frank Kulas.

Since March, Tracy Kulas' family has been waiting for information on her whereabouts. The 30-year-old was last seen getting into a black pick up truck in front the Lincoln Elms Residence.

Meanwhile, authorities have spent hours checking computer logs from dozens of chat rooms Kulas visited on a regular basis, but so far no leads.

"We have done that, we have looked into all the logs that we could achieve through chat rooms and through telephone records and we have not come up with anything substantial at this point," said Lt. Rebecca Thompson, Syracuse Police.

Authorities say Kulas has a history of mental illness. She has taken off before, but never for this long.

"It's not like Tracy to go any length of time like this and not contact her mother, her kids or me," her husband said.

Police and the family hope this second plea for help with lead to information on Tracy Kulas' whereabouts. However, the family believes more should have been done.

"The place she lived at should have notified someone sooner. Again she left on a Wednesday and nobody knew about her the following Monday. If I didn't call asking questions on visitation, it might have been a longer relapse,” Frank Kulas said.

Meanwhile police continue to distribute flyers in park, hotels and hospitals throughout Onondaga County hoping someone can lead them to the missing mother of three.

Police are asking the driver of the black pick up to come forward to help in the investigation.
