NEW YORK STATE -- Governor Andrew Cuomo has ordered that flags on all state buildings be flown at half staff this Friday in honor of two Fort Drum soldiers killed in action.

Private 1st Class Jose Belmontes of California and Bobby Estle of Ohio were killed by enemy fire in Afghanistan Saturday.

Both men were a part of the 10th Mountain Division's Sustainment Brigade.
