MANSFIELD, PA -- Two people are dead following a two-vehicle crash in Pennsylvania.

Police say a pick-up truck and a car collided Thursday at the intersection of Route 6 and 15 in Mansfield.

Four elderly women were in the car at the time of the accident.

Three of the women were flown to the hospital, while the fourth woman was transported by ambulance. Police say two of the women died in the accident.

The driver of the truck refused treatment.

The accident is still under investigation.
